Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view past purchases, save your shipping information for faster checkout, and receive exclusive offers.

Are there any shipping costs?

For orders under $100, a shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged. However, all orders over $100 will be delivered for free, allowing you to save on shipping costs and enjoy complimentary delivery.

How do I create an account?

Click on the "Sign Up" or "My Account" link at the top of our homepage and follow the prompts to register.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your desired items, choose your size and quantity, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at customerservice@cameronj.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Jacksonville, FL. Products that ship directly from the manufacturer may have an alternate primary shipping location.

Can I ship to APO/FPO?

Yes! We are happy to support the military and their families. Follow the below directions:

  • Enter Country > "United States”
  • The City > choose APO or FPO
  • The State
  • Enter your Zip code
  • Enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number. Orders will ship via UPS SurePost.  Expedited shipping is not available to APO/FPO.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

We offer standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and express shipping options through UPS. Estimated delivery times for each option will be displayed at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time is typically 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Arrival times are dependent on item availability and ship-from location. Saturday deliveries in most areas. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt shipping services.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website if you created one.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Please contact our customer service team immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Returns & Exchange

What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day return policy from the date of delivery. Merchandise that is unopened and in original condition can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Please see exceptions/conditions below:

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Clearance merchandise is non-refundable.
  • NIL products are non-refundable.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

  • Go to orders
  • Find the order with the item(s) in question
  • Click on Refund/Exchange to begin the process and follow the steps from there.
When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or product?

Yes, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (subject to availability). If you wish to exchange for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
